WHAT IS THE GERBER AUTO-DELIVERY PROGRAM?

Gerber Auto-Delivery is a convenient way for you to get the products you want delivered at the frequency you choose! Eliminate the inconvenience of having to reorder the same item(s) over and over. By subscribing, you will receive 10% off on all reorders with auto-delivery.

At The Gerber Store, we strive to provide you with the best customer service possible. To ensure everyone can order their child's favorite food or formula, we have a set limit in place on each of our items per order. (15 units each of Baby Food, 10 units each of Formula - with the exception of the 4-pack bundles which are capped at 2 per order). You will be notified via email should your order exceed these maximum order quantities and will not be fulfilled.

HOW DO I JOIN THE GERBER AUTO-DELIVERY PROGRAM?

Joining Gerber Auto-Delivery is and easy can be done anytime while shopping throughout the store and browsing products. Simply select your preferred Auto-Delivery and then check out as normal.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER I JOIN THE GERBER AUTO-DELIVERY PROGRAM?

After you join, you will receive an email confirming your auto-delivery. This email will include a link to access the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section in your account where you can manage your future orders.

We send an email reminder before each order ships. You can change your delivery frequency, next order date, or quantity anytime by visiting ‘Auto-Delivery’ located within your account.

You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your subscription account, such as if your item is discontinued or out of stock, if you cancel your subscription, and confirmation when an order is placed successfully. Please expect multiple emails if you have more than one auto-delivery product. There will only be one charge to your credit card and will include shipping fees and discounts if applicable.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY GERBER AUTO-DELIVERY ORDER?

Visit the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section in your account to easily make the changes you need.

  • Send order now

  • Change your next order date

  • Skip an order

  • Change your selected frequency

  • Pause an Auto-Delivery

  • Cancel an Auto-Delivery

Please allow up to 24 hours for modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Change an order date:

  • Click the ‘Change Date’ button to the right of the next order date then select a new date for your order. This will change the order date for the entire order.

Skip a delivery:

  • Click the ‘Skip Order’ button to the right of the upcoming order date dropdown to skip the entire order.

Change shipment frequency:

  • Select the ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab to see the current delivery frequency next to each subscription item you have. To change the delivery frequency for an individual subscription item, simply click the frequency dropdown next to the subscription item you would like to modify and select your next desired frequency (2 weeks / 4 weeks / 6 weeks). You can also select/change the quantity amount here too.

Pause Auto-Delivery:

  • Select the ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab to see the current delivery frequency next to each subscription item you have. Click the ‘Pause’ button below the Auto-Delivery details. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action. Once you confirm your Auto-Delivery will be paused for all future orders. You can reactivate your Auto-Delivery easily at any time.

Cancel Auto-Delivery:

  • Select the ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab to see the current delivery frequency next to each subscription item you have. Click the ‘Cancel Auto-Delivery’ button below the subscription details. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action. Once you confirm your Auto-Delivery will canceled and no future orders will be placed.You will receive an email notification confirming this action.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY GERBER AUTO-DELIVERY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

To review or modify your account information, visit ‘My Auto-Delivery’ located within your account. You can change your shipping address for an individual order or at the subscription item level, which is the default option and will affect all future orders.

To change your shipping address for an order, click the ‘Edit’ link located directly to the right of the current shipping information. Make any Shipping Updates as necessary then click the 'Apply' button to save any changes.

HOW DO I VIEW MY FUTURE DELIVERIES?

You can view your future orders in the ‘Next Order’ tab in the ‘Auto-Delivery’ section of your account. All upcoming, scheduled orders will be displayed with an Order Date Next to each item. Under the ‘Auto-Delivery’ tab, you can see a quick overview of each item you have selected as part of auto-delivery.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR GERBER AUTO-DELIVERY?

All auto-delivery subscriptions require a credit or debit card payment. Alternative payment forms, such as PayPal, cannot be accepted.
